130:365 Sprawled Out

6/30/10

Last day of June, we MADE IT!!! And what do you know, a sleeping baby picture. It seems I tend to leave off with these. :) They are so peaceful and precious!

And so that's all for today! I believe I just posted FIFTEEN entries, so I'm going to leave off here for now! My goal is to be all caught up before I get back to work next week, so starting sometime this week you'll get to see what we did in July! I promise I've got some good ones! :)

Toodles!

129:365 Tunnel Vision!

6/29/10

Another day that started off full of lounging...

(I can't help it, they mesmerize me!)...

And we end up at the indoor treehouse!

Seriously, this is the ONLY picture of her that was usable. Everything was SO BLURRY! This child can move when she wants to, especially when she knows she has the freedom to do so! Get it, girl!

128:365 Peek-a-Boo!

6/28/10

She heard me coming, saw the camera, and immediately hid under the covers!

But then...Peek-a-Boo! And I was able to get her beautiful face. :)

Side-note: What's that on her hands? She's so gross sometimes, lol.

127:365 Afternoon Shower

6/27/10

Corbin and her daddy standing in the doorway watching it rain one afternoon.

She really wanted to play, but it was really coming down! I guess it doesn't matter where the water is, as long as she can get to it!

126:365 Hanging in the High-Chair

6/26/10

Just a snapshot before dinner on this particular day. :)

And is it crazy or what that I can totally clip her hair up like this?!

My baby growing up so fast! *tear*

125:365 Corbi&Maddy

6/25/10

Corbin and the Madison, hanging out on the couch one lazy afternoon (we've had quite a few of those this summer). She never actually falls asleep when she's not in her crib, but she does like to zone out and snuggle under her favorite blankie.

And look at those magically long eyelashes...

And I can't forget about my oldest child, the Winnie-Wags! I love all three of my babies very much. :)

Yes, I know, I know. How did I get so lucky? Not only do I have the cutest doggies in the world, but I also have the most adorable child and sexiest husband alive. ;) It's a hard life, lol.

124:365 Home Sweet Home

6/24/10

For a few months, I've been thinking of moving when our lease ended at the beginning of July. I love our original house in this area, but the rent was really steep. We didn't have time to keep coming down here to house hunt (we lived 5 hours away!), so we jumped on one of the first places we looked at. Now that we had been here a year, we took our time and finally found the perfect new place for us!

Too say we love this place is an understatement. It's a smaller house, but with a bigger yard, in a very quiet neighborhood. This was our first visit to the place and we were pretty happy to get started moving! :)

123:365 Little Drummer Girl

6/23/10

If there's one thing that Corbin is absolutely obsessed with right now, it is playing drums. This is her first official set-up. She actually has really good rhythm! :)

Get a haircut, ya hippy!!

Pretty much everyday after this, she got in the cabinet, pulled all the pots out, and played drums with them. Thankfully, she now has a real drum. Thanks, Grandma! :)

122:365 Shopping in PJs

6/22/10

So we finally made it back home after our Macon-excursion, and we had some much needed grocery shopping to do!

She looks super comfy. I haven't wore PJs to Walmart is a good while!

In other news...when will we ever break Corbin from the paci?! I will say that lately we haven't let her have it on outings unless there's a total meltdown, so we're down to paci only when sleeping. Baby steps. :)

121:365 Zoned Out

6/21/10

This is a picture of two little girls who watch entirely too much television.

And this is a picture of a little girl who is utterly exhausted and falling asleep in her Granddaddy's arms.

PS. I had to crop it out, but Corbin and Allison both had lime green toenails. It was so cute, heehee.

120:365 Wiped Out!

6/20/10

This day was particularly exciting because Corbin got to spend lots of time with her favorite cousin, Allison!

We started off with swimming at Granny's! This time I joined them for a bit!

Me and the Ally-Oops! :)

Crazy face, licking the water!

After the pool, we got dressed and went to Great Granddaddy's house for our first fishing excursion! Blake, Corbin, and Allison in the back of Granddaddy's truck on the way down to the pond.

The catfish were awesome, but this is definitely the biggest catch. ;)

This picture is me, stuck in the mud, after I had to go in after Corbin. She insisted she was going swimming in the pond, yet we both immediately sank into the mud. After handing her off to my mama, I had to dig my flip-flop out. Awesome!

And we caught lots of fish, but the girls were TOTALLY exhausted! This was them before we even made it home!

I hadn't been fishing in forever, but now I'm dying to go again! The catfish were delicious and everyone had a ton of fun! :)

119:365 Princess of the Pool!

6/19/10

I can't help myself. There are a bunch of pictures for this day, but that's because she was having such a great time and making some of the most awesome faces, I couldn't NOT post them! :) I love how pretty she looks in her little swimsuit and floaties. She's my princess of the pool! :)

At Granny's, in the tiny above-ground pool.

And at first we were in our star-ring...

...but then we decided we wanted FREEDOM!!

Parading around the pool like a big girl!

Having a blast! Yay!!

Corbin asks to go swimming all the time. I've been meaning to get her a tiny pool all summer, but I keep putting it off. Maybe I'll FINALLY get her one this weekend! I definitely think she deserves it! :)

118:365 New Bike

6/18/10

Corbin was enjoying playing on the bike she found at Nanna's house, even though there wasn't much room to maneuver around! She also looks perfectly ready for a casual stroll on a sunlit path on her bike in her lovely green dress. :)

Please note unintentional matching green toenails. :)

This dress was inherited from her cousin Allison! I love it! Corbin looks darling in green. :)

117:365 Snuggle Time

6/17/10

Originally my Nanna was scheduled to have back surgery on the 18th of June, and I was going to stay with her for a few days and help her with her recovery. It turned out the surgery was postponed, but the plans were already made, so we hopped in the car and trekked on up to Nanna's.

Corbin has a hard time sleeping when we go visit other people, but her new Gabba DVD was helping things along. :)

Also, please ignore how AWFUL I look here (3 hours in the car will do that to you!) or the crappy quality picture from Ryan's phone. We were tired, and trying to snuggle! :P

116:365 Rain Boots!

6/16/10

So Corbin was looking as cute as ever in her cupcake onesie and tutu-style skirt, and she had already pulled my rain boots out of the closet, so I figured I could snap a few pictures of her looking extra silly!

It didn't take long before she realized she couldn't even pick up her feet!

This is how she preferred to wear the rain boots:

She's so silly! Now if only I had somewhere to be in the rain where I could justify wearing the coolest rain boots of all time! (Thanks again, Bridget! One of the best birthday presents ever, they were! :D)

115:365 - Modes of Transportation

So what do you think of the new layout?! I spent a good bit of time working on it today, and I'm pretty pleased. I like changing things up, not to mention it motivated me to go ahead and get myself semi-caught up! I know I'm now over a MONTH behind, eek! My goal is to get caught up before I go back to work next week. Let's see how that goes! :P

6/15/10

This picture shouldn't be anything new. Watching Yo Gabba Gabba, hanging out in the living room, but having a hard time deciding which car to play with, lol.

I think I'll take both! :)

114:365 Dreamland

6/14/10

You know how much I love my sleeping baby pictures. :) This one in particular is especially pretty to me in black and white!

Up close and in color:

Why are toddlers so hard to keep clean?! Look at her fingernails! Ah well. :) I wouldn't have her any other way.

ANYWHO, that was a week's worth of updates, so now I'm only 3 weeks behind! More tomorrow (hopefully)! :D

113:365 Wagon Ride

6/13/10

I had been looking for a wagon for Corbin for a while because I wanted to have one to take to the beach. Grandma Lewis definitely came through! They came to visit and brought Corbin her very own wagon! She loves the thing. These pictures are from her first ride in it. :)

Trail blazing through our jungle of a backyard!

What a handsome daddy. :)

She was thrilled!

And I can say that she wasn't too happy about having to get out and go inside, either!

HOWEVER, I'm the best mama ever, and so the wagon went inside and I even pulled her around the living room in it. So thanks Grandma for the awesome wagon! :)

112:365 Mountain Climber!

6/12/10

Checking my calendar, June 12th was a Saturday, and it seems that we needed to get ourselves out of Hinesville for the day and so we traveled to Savannah. We always let Corbin play when we go to the Oglethorpe Mall, but this time she was a little more adventurous than usual!

EEK, my baby!!

And these kids were running around EVERYWHERE! I swear I thought I was going to have a heart attack!

Do these pictures not terrify you?!

But for Corbin, it was all about the slide. She is obsessed with slides. She will try to use ANYTHING as a slide. And she realized that the side of this "mountain" was a good slide, heehee.

At least she wasn't trying to slide down my leg, which she's done before. I'm telling you, she's a genius, lol.

111:365 Flower Child!

6/11/10

So this day in particular I'm not sure what was going on, but I've got some crazy and funny pictures of the Corbs, and they cracked me up! The first one was a little blurry, but totally awesome, so I used it! My "flower child," heehee. Check out that get-up!

Silly kid! I guess she found me entertaining!

And totally zoned out here. I'm assuming whatever the television was saying was much more interesting, haha.

And I couldn't pass on this picture because it was so ridiculously Corbin. I'm almost certain that has to be PopTart!

I love silly dress-up days!
