110:365 Glamorous

6/10/10

This child loves glasses, especially sunglasses. And she prefers to wear them upside down. I think in my ultra large sunnies, she looks rather glamorous!

And speaking of glamorous, check out these glamor shots! ;)

And then we took some pictures together! This was one of my faves. We're so silly! :)

Anywho, I love her eyes in that first picture. She has the most gorgeous chocolate brown eyes, with the most gorgeous mocha brown hair...she's so beautiful to me. I know, I know...I sound like every other parent in the world, right?!

6/10/10

I love these pictures because Corbin's outfit and her expressions and the chipped nail polish on her toenails...totally has me thinking of teenage Corbin. Kinda scary, but I think she's going to be an awesome kid!

My little lamb, looking rather devious, wearing her lamb ears from her first Easter. :)

Doesn't she totally look like she's up to NO GOOD?! She was probably getting ready to graffiti the book at her feet!

My adorable baby girl with all her personality shining through! She's such a little me, I swear. :)

Also, isn't that chair the coolest thing? So glad we happened upon it! It's now in our "library" at the new place. We REALLY have a lot of books, heehee.

108:365 Segway Corbi-Style!

So today it hit me that I'm exactly a month behind on uploading to Corbin's 365 and her blog. It's been a stressful few weeks, for those of you who know what moving is like, especially with a toddler on board. It's FINALLY over, as of this morning, when we had our check-out inspection at the other place and turned over our keys. We're officially residents of the exciting town of Ludowici (yes, that was a joke).

And I also ran out of room on my memory card in the camera, so it was time to stop putting off those uploads and finally get to editing. So, let's take a trip back in time to early June...

6/8/10

Just another day hanging at the house, but Corbin was STANDING on her walker/pushy thingie (what exactly is that thing, anyway?) while watching Nihao Kai-lan. It cracked me up, especially when I realized it looked kinda like a baby Segway!

VROOOM!!! (Can't go anywhere without that paci!)

And here she is telling me about the colors. She LOVES colors and coloring. And that's an understatement, lol.

So I'm sure I'll get to this eventually, but this child learns at an amazing rate, and she surprises me. The other day while we were moving, she was playing with some blocks. Some of them had letters and numbers on them. She kept saying "R!" and I looked at the block and it had the letter R on it. So then I started picking up blocks randomly and she could name every letter and number. IMPRESSIVE!!! My baby is a genius, okay?

Anywho! On to catching up! I'm doing a week's worth of uploads tonight, and expect the rest coming up soon! :D

107:365 Pink Ladies

6/7/10

On Monday my sister Brittney texted me to say she had FIVE ENERGETIC BOYS that wanted to go swimming and invited us to come along! Of course, I said yes! I had just got some floats for Corbin over the weekend and I was excited to let her break them in. We met up at Brittney's house in Ludowici and then headed to her in-laws in Glennville.

Corbin and Tristan (one of my nephews) were quite the pair in the pool, with their floaties and rings. I think he had a lot of fun tugging her around, lol.

Four boys (and one Ryan) decided to jump into the pool simultaneously. (That's my nephew Noah on the far left. The other kids are his friends from school.)

Mid-air!

And SPLASH! Noah was the first to resurface, haha.

Brittney made the comment that Corbin and Tristan were like the baby fish on Finding Nemo on the sponge baths. That cracked me up.

Tristan being ultra silly!

Ryan swimming with the Corbs.

Attempting to swim without the ring float. She did pretty good for a few seconds there, lol. She really enjoys her independence in the water!

Having a blast!

Kicking her feet around in the water, taking a break.

Me and my baby girl in all of our pink! Ryan had to say "Yoooooo Gabba Gabba!" to get her to look at the camera, but it worked! Heehee, we're the Pink Ladies.

We had a blast, but it wasn't long before I realized I was STARVING and the Corbs was ready for a nap. I can't wait to hang out again! It's definitely time for another beach trip! :)
